Some Street Food traders just naturally invoke wintery vibes from their style of food and even their names, for example Le Chalet. Based on alpine cuisine, their menus are fondue and raclette bowls with smoked pork sausage or mushrooms, potatoes, mixed leaves, cornichons, pickled onions and topped with French mustard. One of our current favourites is from Duck Shed’s “The British Christmas Quacker” menu, combining their delicious slow roasted duck with brie & bacon, pig in stuffing and cranberry bacon jam.
